【摘要】：為了研究線能量對(duì)304奧氏體不銹鋼激光焊接質(zhì)量的影響,采用高功率Nd∶YAG激光器及焊接機(jī)器人對(duì)304奧氏體不銹鋼薄板進(jìn)行了激光焊接工藝試驗(yàn),并使用光學(xué)顯微鏡、顯微硬度計(jì)、拉伸試驗(yàn)機(jī)等儀器重點(diǎn)研究了線能量對(duì)304奧氏體不銹鋼激光焊接焊縫成形和力學(xué)性能的影響。結(jié)果表明,線能量對(duì)焊縫成形、顯微硬度及力學(xué)性能有較大影響,接頭顯微硬度分布不均勻,低功率時(shí)靜拉伸強(qiáng)度最小值為671.67MPa,高功率時(shí)靜拉伸強(qiáng)度最小值達(dá)780MPa。
[Abstract]:In order to study the effect of linear energy on the laser welding quality of 304 austenitic stainless steel, the laser welding process of 304 austenitic stainless steel sheet was tested by high power Nd:YAG laser and welding robot, and the optical microscope was used. The influence of linear energy on weld formation and mechanical properties of 304 austenitic stainless steel by laser welding was studied by means of microhardness tester and tensile tester. The results show that the linear energy has a great influence on the weld formation, microhardness and mechanical properties. The microhardness distribution of the joint is not uniform. The minimum value of static tensile strength at low power is 671.67 MPA, and the minimum value of static tensile strength at high power is 780 MPA.
