冷軋對Ti-55531組織特征及時效行為和力學(xué)性能的影響

【摘要】:對全β固溶Ti-5Al-5Mo-5V-3Cr-1Zr進(jìn)行冷軋與時效處理,采用XRD、TEM、硬度測試等手段研究冷軋對Ti-55531組織特征及后續(xù)時效過程中的相變、組織演變以及時效處理后力學(xué)性能的影響。結(jié)果表明:冷軋合金主要組織特征為ωisothermal發(fā)生回溶,沒有出現(xiàn)存在于其他近β鈦合金中的應(yīng)力誘導(dǎo)α″。時效以后,冷軋過程中形成的位錯等缺陷抑制ωathermal的析出,促進(jìn)析出含量更高且更為細(xì)小的α相。冷軋合金硬度隨時效溫度的升高呈現(xiàn)先增大后降低的趨勢,在400℃達(dá)到峰值。
[Abstract]:The effect of cold rolling and aging treatment on the microstructure, microstructure evolution and mechanical properties of Ti-55531 during aging was studied by means of cold rolling and aging treatment. The results show that the main microstructure of cold-rolled alloy is that 蠅 isothermal is redissolved, and no stress-induced 偽 "is found in other near 尾 -Ti alloys. After aging, dislocation and other defects formed in cold rolling process inhibit the precipitation of 蠅 athermal, and promote the precipitation of 偽 phase with higher content and smaller size. The hardness of cold rolled alloy increases firstly and then decreases, and reaches its peak at 400 鈩,
