回轉(zhuǎn)臺(tái)鑄件鑄造工藝及有限元數(shù)值模擬研究

【摘要】:掘進(jìn)機(jī)是用于開(kāi)掘地下巷道的大型設(shè)備,懸臂式掘進(jìn)機(jī)是煤礦采煤不可缺少的重要設(shè)備之一;剞D(zhuǎn)臺(tái)是掘進(jìn)機(jī)的主要結(jié)構(gòu)件,是本體與截割部的關(guān)鍵連接部件。通過(guò)回轉(zhuǎn)臺(tái)及回轉(zhuǎn)支撐、回轉(zhuǎn)油缸、支撐油缸的作用,截割部可以完成上下左右的多方向運(yùn)動(dòng);剞D(zhuǎn)臺(tái)承受著截割部的多方向截割阻力作用,其可靠性和穩(wěn)定性也直接關(guān)系到整機(jī)的使用壽命,因此,鑄造回轉(zhuǎn)臺(tái)的內(nèi)部質(zhì)量非常重要。由于回轉(zhuǎn)臺(tái)是整體鑄造,鑄造質(zhì)量合格率低,為了提前設(shè)定合理的鑄造方式引進(jìn)了數(shù)值模擬技術(shù)。利用計(jì)算機(jī)數(shù)值模擬鑄造工藝的充型、凝固及缺陷產(chǎn)生趨向的過(guò)程,提前預(yù)測(cè)鑄件各部位產(chǎn)生缺陷的情況,進(jìn)而判斷鑄造工藝方案是否合理以及鑄件結(jié)構(gòu)是否需要改進(jìn),以滿足技術(shù)要求。同時(shí),以模擬依據(jù)進(jìn)行鑄造工藝和鑄件結(jié)構(gòu)的優(yōu)化,降低或消除鑄件內(nèi)部缺陷,保證產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量穩(wěn)定,以降低制造成本,提升生產(chǎn)效率。本論文以EBZ16型回轉(zhuǎn)臺(tái)為例,根據(jù)鑄件的結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn)及壁厚情況,在澆冒口系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)中,將內(nèi)澆口數(shù)量定為4個(gè)和6個(gè),冒口數(shù)量分別設(shè)為6個(gè)和8個(gè)。在同一工藝基礎(chǔ)上,分別對(duì)四種澆鑄系統(tǒng)下的回轉(zhuǎn)臺(tái)應(yīng)用ProCAST軟件進(jìn)行充填凝固數(shù)值模擬。通過(guò)對(duì)結(jié)果分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)冒口數(shù)為6,澆道也為6時(shí),鑄件充型最平穩(wěn),金屬液流動(dòng)性好,獲得的鑄件縮松、縮孔面積也最小。實(shí)際中,對(duì)8冒口6澆道及6冒口6澆道兩種方案進(jìn)行試制,對(duì)澆注出的回轉(zhuǎn)臺(tái)鑄件超聲波探傷后,也驗(yàn)證出6冒口6澆道澆注出的鑄件缺陷更少。
[Abstract]:Roadheader is a large equipment used to dig underground roadway, and cantilever roadheader is one of the most important equipment in coal mining. The turntable is the main structure of the roadheader and the key connecting part between the body and the cutting part. By means of rotary table and rotary support, rotary oil cylinder and supporting oil cylinder, the cutting part can accomplish multi-direction motion of the upper and lower parts. The rotary table bears the effect of multi-direction cutting resistance of cutting part, and its reliability and stability are also directly related to the service life of the whole machine. Therefore, the internal quality of the casting rotary table is very important. Because the turntable is integral casting and the qualified rate of casting quality is low, numerical simulation technology is introduced in order to set reasonable casting mode in advance. The process of mold filling, solidification and defect tendency of casting process is simulated by computer numerical simulation, and the defects in various parts of casting are predicted ahead of time, and then whether the casting process scheme is reasonable or not and whether the casting structure needs to be improved or not is judged. To meet technical requirements. At the same time, on the basis of simulation, the casting process and the casting structure are optimized to reduce or eliminate the internal defects of the casting, to ensure the stability of the product quality, to reduce the manufacturing cost and to improve the production efficiency. Taking EBZ16 type rotary table as an example, according to the structural characteristics and wall thickness of castings, in the design of riser system, the number of inner gate and riser are 4 and 6 respectively, and the number of risers are 6 and 8, respectively. On the basis of the same technology, the filling solidification numerical simulation of the rotary table under four kinds of casting systems was carried out by using ProCAST software. Through the analysis of the results, it is found that the riser number is 6 and the sprue is 6, the mold filling is the most stable, the liquid metal fluidity is good, the casting shrinkage is obtained, and the shrinkage area is also the smallest. In practice, two schemes of 8 risers, 6 sprue and 6 risers 6 sprue are trial-produced, and the defects of 6 riser 6 sprue castings are also verified after ultrasonic inspection of the castings.
