【摘要】:以Q550高強度工程機械用鋼為研究對象,研究了該鋼種的加工工藝對其晶粒及組織的影響。結果表明,在試樣變形過程中存在著兩種應力-應變狀態(tài),其中一種是動態(tài)再結晶型的,另外一種是動態(tài)回復型的。當冷卻速度變大時,材料組織結構中貝氏體的晶粒粒徑減小,同時貝氏體鐵素體間距變小,此時材料的硬度先增大后減小。當冷卻速率為30℃/s時,試樣的維氏硬度達到最大值346 HV。為了獲得力學性能較好的鋼材,避免混晶的出現(xiàn),Q550高強鋼的終軋溫度應在900℃以下。
[Abstract]:The effect of processing technology on the grain and microstructure of Q550 high strength construction machinery steel was studied. The results show that there are two kinds of stress-strain states during the deformation of the specimen, one of which is dynamic recrystallization and the other is dynamic recovery.
