【摘要】：正2015電子束離子束專業(yè)委員會學術(shù)研討會于2015年8月28-30日在北京召開。會議由中國電工技術(shù)學會電子束離子束專業(yè)委員會主辦,北京航空航天大學物理科學與核能工程學院承辦。電子束離子束專業(yè)委員會主任委員、《中國表面工程》副主編譚俊教授參加了此次會議。會議代表就離子束電子束的學科建設(shè)、技術(shù)前沿、產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展和科技合作等5方面進行了深入的探討。北京大學趙渭江教授作了題為"離子束加工技術(shù)發(fā)展與基礎(chǔ)研究"的主題報告,概述了離子束加工
[Abstract]:The Symposium of the 2015 Electron Beam Ion Beam Professional Committee was held in Beijing on August 28-30, 2015. The conference was sponsored by the electron beam ion beam professional committee of the Chinese Electrotechnical Society and hosted by the School of physical Science and Nuclear Energy Engineering of Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics. Professor Tan Jun, chairman of electron beam ion beam professional committee and deputy editor of China Surface Engineering, attended the meeting. The conference representatives discussed the construction of ion beam electron beam, the frontier of technology, the development of industry and the cooperation of science and technology. Professor Zhao Weijiang of Peking University gave a keynote report entitled "the Development and basic Research of Ion Beam processing Technology", and summarized ion beam processing.
