摩托車鋁合金缸體壓鑄工藝參數(shù)優(yōu)化

【摘要】:為解決摩托車鋁合金缸體壓鑄件存在的缺陷問題,利用Any Casting鑄造數(shù)值模擬分析軟件,采用正交試驗(yàn)方法,并借助Image J軟件統(tǒng)計鑄件的孔洞面積(縮孔縮松或氣孔),系統(tǒng)研究了壓鑄工藝參數(shù):快壓射速度、快壓射切換點(diǎn)位置及模具溫度對摩托車鋁合金缸體孔洞面積的影響規(guī)律.研究表明,鑄件內(nèi)的孔洞總面積隨著快壓射速度的增加而增加,隨著快壓射切換點(diǎn)位置和模具預(yù)熱溫度的增加而減小.本實(shí)驗(yàn)條件下的最優(yōu)工藝參數(shù)為:快壓射速度2.0 m/s、快壓射切換位置280 mm、模具溫度240℃.采用該組參數(shù),使鑄件致密度增大,上、下端面孔洞所占面積分別減少21%和68%,鑄件廢品率從14%降低到5%.
[Abstract]:In order to solve the defects of aluminum alloy cylinder block die castings of motorcycle, the Any Casting numerical simulation analysis software was used, and the orthogonal test method was used. With the help of Image J software, the influences of die casting parameters, such as rapid injection speed, quick injection switching point position and die temperature, on the hole area of aluminum alloy cylinder block of motorcycle are systematically studied. The results show that the total hole area in the casting increases with the increase of the rapid injection velocity and decreases with the increase of the position of the quick injection switching point and the preheating temperature of the die. The optimum technological parameters are as follows: rapid injection speed 2.0 m / s, rapid injection switching position 280 mm, die temperature 240 鈩,
