【摘要】：根據(jù)大型真空感應(yīng)熔煉爐生產(chǎn)中所用錠模的相關(guān)特性及電渣重熔工序?qū)σV板的要求,設(shè)計(jì)出一種模具及耐材,可在澆注真空電極棒的同時(shí),澆注出符合電渣重熔相關(guān)要求的電渣引錠板。實(shí)踐表明:用此方法設(shè)計(jì)出的模具與耐材生產(chǎn)的引錠板表面光整,成分與真空錠一致,符合電渣重熔過程的使用要求;同時(shí)省時(shí)省力,避免了電渣重熔后電渣錠底部切除過多的問題,降低了生產(chǎn)成本。
[Abstract]:According to the characteristics of the ingot mould used in the production of large vacuum induction smelting furnace and the requirements of the electroslag remelting process for the ingot plate, a mould and refractory material are designed, which can be used to cast the vacuum electrode rod at the same time. Pouring the electroslag ingot plate which meets the requirements of electroslag remelting. The practice shows that the mould designed by this method and the ingot plate produced by the refractory material are smooth, the composition is the same as the vacuum ingot, which accords with the application requirements of the electroslag remelting process, and saves time and effort. The problem of removing the bottom of the electroslag ingot after electroslag remelting is avoided, and the production cost is reduced.
