分級(jí)電磁攪拌對(duì)半固態(tài)Al-Cu合金凝固組織的影響

【摘要】:采用自制變頻控制的電磁攪拌裝置制備半固態(tài)ZL203鋁合金漿料,分析不同攪拌時(shí)間和攪拌頻率下初生α相的形貌和尺寸,研究在連續(xù)攪拌過程中變換頻率對(duì)合金熔體進(jìn)行分級(jí)攪拌的影響。結(jié)果表明:分級(jí)攪拌可以有效地改善半固態(tài)合金漿料的質(zhì)量;適合于半固態(tài)ZL203合金的分級(jí)電磁攪拌工藝如下:ZL203合金經(jīng)670℃澆注后,先在40 Hz的頻率下攪拌5 s,再在30 Hz的頻率下攪拌10 s,并于620℃溫度下保溫5 min。經(jīng)此工藝制備的半固態(tài)ZL203合金鑄錠具有較好質(zhì)量:其中心部區(qū)域晶粒平均等積圓直徑為85.62μm,平均形狀因子為0.86;邊緣區(qū)域晶粒的平均等積圓直徑為84.52μm,平均形狀因子達(dá)到0.85。
[Abstract]:Semi-solid ZL203 aluminum alloy slurry was prepared by a self-made electromagnetic stirring device controlled by frequency conversion. The morphology and size of the primary 偽 phase at different stirring time and frequency were analyzed. The effect of frequency conversion on the graded stirring of alloy melt during continuous stirring was studied.
