淬火速率對Al-5Zn-3Mg-1Cu鋁合金厚板剝落腐蝕的影響

【摘要】:采用末端淬火和腐蝕浸泡方法研究了淬火速率對Al-5Zn-3Mg-1Cu鋁合金厚板剝落腐蝕性能的影響,結(jié)合金相顯微鏡、透射電鏡和掃描透射電鏡微觀組織表征對影響機(jī)理進(jìn)行了分析和探討.Al-5Zn-3Mg-1Cu鋁合金的剝落腐蝕性能隨淬火速率的減小(2 160℃/min→100℃/min)而下降,腐蝕等級由P級變?yōu)镋D級,最大腐蝕深度從15μm增加至530μm.淬火速率減小導(dǎo)致晶界析出相數(shù)量增加,其中Zn,Mg元素含量上升,無沉淀析出帶寬化,是剝落腐蝕性能下降的主要原因.
[Abstract]:The effect of quenching rate on the exfoliation and corrosion properties of Al-5Zn-3Mg-1Cu aluminum alloy thick plate was studied by means of end quenching and corrosion immersion. The influence mechanism was analyzed by transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and scanning transmission electron microscopy (SEM).
