銻變質(zhì)對(duì)鋁合金組織及性能的影響

【摘要】:為了提高鋁合金性能,通過(guò)向基體Al-6%Si合金中添加Sb變質(zhì)劑進(jìn)行變質(zhì)處理,研究了Sb變質(zhì)劑對(duì)Al-Si鋁合金組織性能的影響。結(jié)果表明:在Al-6%Si合金中加入Sb變質(zhì)劑后,可以使粗大的共晶Si由針片狀變成細(xì)小均勻分布的短條狀或粒狀,使α-Al枝晶分布均勻,合金的硬度及韌性得到提高。其最佳變質(zhì)工藝為:變質(zhì)溫度為740℃,變質(zhì)時(shí)間為10 min,變質(zhì)劑的加入量為0.2%。對(duì)于變質(zhì)溫度、變質(zhì)時(shí)間、變質(zhì)劑的添加量來(lái)說(shuō),變質(zhì)劑的添加量是影響變質(zhì)效果的最大因素。
[Abstract]:In order to improve the properties of aluminum alloy, the effect of SB modifier on the microstructure and properties of Al-Si aluminum alloy was studied by adding SB modifier to the matrix Al-6%Si alloy. The results show that after adding SB modifier to Al-6%Si alloy, the coarse eutectic Si can be changed from needle shape to small strip or granular shape, 偽 -Al dendrite distribution is uniform, and the hardness and toughness of the alloy are improved.
