油溫對(duì)海底輸油管線陰極保護(hù)的影響

【摘要】:目的研究油溫對(duì)海底輸油管道陰極保護(hù)的影響。方法通過模擬海水實(shí)驗(yàn),參照GB/T17848—1999實(shí)驗(yàn)方法,分析鐵電極、鋁電極和偶合電極在不同油溫下的腐蝕電位和偶合電流的變化規(guī)律,測(cè)試25℃和75℃海水中犧牲陽極的工作電位,并計(jì)算陽極的電流效率,觀察陽極的腐蝕形貌。結(jié)果在25~75℃范圍內(nèi),鋁電極隨著溫度升高自腐蝕電位負(fù)正移,鐵電極隨著溫度升高自腐蝕電位負(fù)移。偶合電位正移,偶合電流顯著增大。結(jié)論與25℃相比,犧牲陽極在75℃海水中,保護(hù)電位下降,陰極保護(hù)效果降低。
