絲材直徑對等離子噴涂制備非晶合金的影響

【摘要】:研究了Fe78Si13B9絲材直徑對等離子噴涂制備非晶合金的影響,為等離子噴涂法制備非晶的工業(yè)化提供基礎(chǔ)。結(jié)果表明,絲材直徑小于3 mm時,等離子噴涂氬氣壓力為0.85 MPa,氫氣壓力為0.4 MPa,可以制備出完全明亮的非晶粉末。絲材直徑大于3 mm時,噴涂的粉末中含有灰色晶體粉末。隨著絲材直徑的增大,晶體粉末含量提高,粉末中晶體結(jié)構(gòu)與絲材母體幾乎完全相同。所制備非晶的晶化溫度為536~537℃。
[Abstract]:The influence of the diameter of Fe78Si13B9 wire on the preparation of amorphous alloy by plasma spraying was studied. The results show that when the wire diameter is less than 3 mm, the plasma spraying argon pressure is 0.85 MPA and the hydrogen pressure is 0.4 MPA. When the diameter of wire is more than 3 mm, the powder of spraying contains grey crystal powder. With the increase of wire diameter, the content of crystal powder increases, and the crystal structure of the powder is almost the same as that of the silk matrix. The crystallization temperature of the amorphous crystal is 536 ~ 537 鈩,
