Pd替代對(duì)Ti-Zr-Ni準(zhǔn)晶合金中的相形成與穩(wěn)定性影響(英文)

【摘要】:Pd能用來(lái)作為添加元素改善Ti-Zr-Ni準(zhǔn)晶合金的吸氫性能,但是Pd添加的作用機(jī)制仍然不清楚。本工作通過(guò)采用XRD、TEM、DSC分析技術(shù)研究了Pd在Ti45Zr38Ni17和Ti40Zr40Ni20兩個(gè)合金中對(duì)Ti、Zr的替代行為。結(jié)果顯示:在前1個(gè)合金中,替代4%~6%(原子分?jǐn)?shù),下同)Ti或4%Zr能夠確保純二十面體準(zhǔn)晶形成;在后一個(gè)合金中,替代3%~4%Ti或3%以下Zr才能形成純二十面體準(zhǔn)晶。這說(shuō)明Ti具有更高的替代極限。Ti39Zr38Ni17Pd6與Ti36Zr40Ni20Pd4兩個(gè)衍生準(zhǔn)晶合金在400℃溫度下退火會(huì)轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)榫w相,而它們的初始準(zhǔn)晶合金Ti45Zr38Ni17和Ti40Zr40Ni20在400℃仍然結(jié)構(gòu)穩(wěn)定,這反映出添加Pd后準(zhǔn)晶合金的熱力學(xué)穩(wěn)定性變低。這種替代趨勢(shì)和準(zhǔn)晶穩(wěn)定性的降低很可能歸功于Pd具有適宜的原子尺寸。
[Abstract]:PD can be used as addition element to improve the hydrogen absorption properties of Ti-Zr-Ni quasicrystal alloys, but the mechanism of PD addition is still unclear. The substitution behavior of PD in Ti45Zr38Ni17 and Ti40Zr40Ni20 alloys was studied by means of DSC. The results show that in the former alloy, the substitution of 4% and 6 (atomic fraction) can ensure the formation of pure icosahedron quasicrystal, and in the latter alloy, the pure icosahedron quasicrystal can be formed by replacing 3%~4%Ti or less than 3% Zr. This indicates that Ti has a higher substitution limit. Two derived quasicrystals, Ti39Zr38Ni17Pd6 and Ti36Zr40Ni20Pd4, can be transformed into crystalline phase after annealing at 400 鈩,
