圓環(huán)鐓粗分流面變化規(guī)律的研究

【摘要】:在塑性體積成形中,金屬流動(dòng)規(guī)律的研究是當(dāng)今最受人關(guān)注的問(wèn)題之一。金屬的流動(dòng)決定了體積分配和成形后的工件形狀,在成形過(guò)程中如何準(zhǔn)確的控制金屬流動(dòng),這對(duì)塑性體積成形工藝的成功與否起到關(guān)鍵性的作用。然而分流面是金屬成形過(guò)程中體積分配的重要依據(jù),實(shí)際工藝中經(jīng)常需要對(duì)分流面進(jìn)行控制以達(dá)到成形合格零件的要求。圓環(huán)是研究分流面理想的研究對(duì)象,計(jì)算機(jī)模擬技術(shù)的不斷發(fā)展對(duì)研究分流面提供了很大的幫助——目前的研究只是對(duì)分流這一現(xiàn)象進(jìn)行了說(shuō)明,但對(duì)分流面的變化規(guī)律和內(nèi)在特征并沒有深入的分析和總結(jié)。本文擬通過(guò)數(shù)值模擬與理論計(jì)算相結(jié)合,對(duì)圓環(huán)鐓粗成形過(guò)程中分流面的變化規(guī)律和內(nèi)在力學(xué)特征予以研究,并指導(dǎo)環(huán)形件成形。通過(guò)對(duì)圓環(huán)鐓粗變形規(guī)律進(jìn)行探究,分析圓環(huán)與模具間的摩擦因子m、圓環(huán)變形程度(壓下量ε)、圓環(huán)初始尺寸(形狀因子λ)及圓環(huán)內(nèi)外側(cè)壓力p四個(gè)因素對(duì)圓環(huán)鐓粗變形分流面形狀和位置的影響,由此得出分流面兩邊的體積分布規(guī)律,間接的反映了金屬的流動(dòng)規(guī)律和模式。通過(guò)進(jìn)一步分析不同尺寸的初始圓環(huán),得出了三種模式下的分流面(實(shí)體外、與內(nèi)徑重合、在實(shí)體內(nèi))和與之對(duì)應(yīng)的摩擦因子和壓下量的范圍以及相應(yīng)的臨界值,并推導(dǎo)出兩者的對(duì)應(yīng)關(guān)系。通過(guò)理論方法和數(shù)值模擬結(jié)合證明了分流面與羅德參數(shù)值為0的面重合,由此可建立應(yīng)力應(yīng)變特征量及變形類型與分流面的關(guān)系。并以圓環(huán)鐓粗為研究對(duì)象進(jìn)一步揭示了分流面及兩側(cè)區(qū)域的應(yīng)力應(yīng)變分布特征,與此同時(shí)分析了側(cè)壓力對(duì)圓環(huán)鐓粗變形應(yīng)力應(yīng)變及分流面的影響,由此可以深入了解圓環(huán)鐓粗變形分流面變化和金屬流動(dòng)規(guī)律。最后,以某一類典型環(huán)形件進(jìn)行說(shuō)明,結(jié)合圓環(huán)鐓粗變形金屬流動(dòng)規(guī)律,詳細(xì)的說(shuō)明了環(huán)形件成形過(guò)程中不同摩擦條件和初始圓環(huán)尺寸對(duì)金屬流動(dòng)模式的影響。通過(guò)分析從中得出了合理的金屬流動(dòng)路徑,并以變形功和最大變形載荷值為優(yōu)化目標(biāo),得出最合理的摩擦條件和初始圓環(huán)坯料尺寸,由此總結(jié)出相應(yīng)環(huán)形件成形的一些規(guī)律。
[Abstract]:The study of metal flow law is one of the most concerned problems in plastic volume forming. The flow of metal determines the volume distribution and the shape of the workpiece after forming. How to control the flow of metal accurately in the forming process plays a key role in the success of the plastic bulk forming process. However, the shunt surface is an important basis for the volume distribution in the forming process. In order to meet the requirements of forming qualified parts, it is often necessary to control the shunt surface in the actual process. The circle is an ideal research object for studying the distributary surface. The continuous development of computer simulation technology has provided a great help to the study of the distributary surface. However, there is no in-depth analysis and summary of the variation law and internal characteristics of the distributary surface. In this paper, through the combination of numerical simulation and theoretical calculation, the variation law and internal mechanical characteristics of the shunt surface in the forming process of ring upsetting are studied, and the forming of annular parts is guided. By exploring the deformation law of ring upsetting, The effects of friction factor m between ring and die, ring deformation degree (reduction 蔚), ring initial size (shape factor 位) and pressure p inside and outside of ring on the shape and position of diversion surface of ring upsetting deformation are analyzed. The volume distribution on both sides of the distributary surface is obtained, which indirectly reflects the flow law and mode of metal. Through further analysis of the initial rings of different sizes, the distribution surface (outside of the entity, coincidence with the inner diameter, inside the entity) and the corresponding range of friction factor and reduction amount and the corresponding critical values are obtained in three different modes. The corresponding relationship between them is deduced. By combining theoretical method and numerical simulation, it is proved that the split-flow surface overlaps with the plane with Luo De parameter value 0, and the relationship between the stress-strain characteristic quantity and the deformation type and the distributary surface can be established. Furthermore, the characteristics of stress and strain distribution on the split surface and its two sides are revealed, and the influence of the lateral pressure on the stress strain and the flow plane of the ring upsetting is analyzed. Thus, the variation of diversion surface and metal flow law of ring upsetting deformation can be deeply understood. Finally, the influence of different friction conditions and initial ring size on the metal flow mode during the forming process of annular parts is explained in detail, which is explained by some typical annular parts and combined with the metal flow law of ring upsetting deformation. The reasonable metal flow path is obtained from the analysis, and the most reasonable friction conditions and initial ring blank size are obtained by taking the deformation work and the maximum deformation load value as the optimization objectives, and some rules for the forming of the corresponding annular parts are summarized.
