AZ31鎂合金表面一步法合成原位鎂鋁水滑石轉(zhuǎn)化膜(英文)

【摘要】:通過尿素水解法在AZ31鎂合金表面原位合成納米尺度的層狀雙金屬氫氧化物(水滑石)轉(zhuǎn)化膜,并提出成膜機(jī)理。首先,溶解的Mg2+離子沉積形成含有MgC O3和Mg5(CO3)4(OH)2·4H2O的前驅(qū)體膜;然后,前驅(qū)體膜在堿性條件下轉(zhuǎn)化為高結(jié)晶的Mg(OH)2;最后,Mg(OH)2中的Mg2+離子被Al3+離子取代,Mg(OH)2轉(zhuǎn)化為更穩(wěn)定的水滑石層狀結(jié)構(gòu),同時(shí)層間OH-與溶液中的CO2-3發(fā)生離子交換,因此形成水滑石(Mg6Al2(OH)16CO3·4H2O)膜。結(jié)果表明,以互鎖的片狀納米結(jié)構(gòu)和離子交換性能為特征的水滑石膜可以有效提高AZ31鎂合金的耐蝕性。
[Abstract]:Layered bimetallic hydroxide (hydrotalcite) conversion films were synthesized on the surface of AZ31 magnesium alloys by urea hydrolysis in situ, and the mechanism of film formation was proposed. First, the dissolved Mg2 ion deposited into the precursor membrane containing MgC O3 and Mg5(CO3)4(OH)2 4H2O; then, the precursor film was transformed into a highly crystallized MgOHH2 in alkaline condition; finally, the Mg2 ion in the MgOHH2 was replaced by the Al3 ion to form a more stable layered structure of hydrotalcite. At the same time, the interlayer OH- exchange with CO2-3 in the solution, thus forming the hydrotalcite Mg6Al2OHHC16CO3 4H2O) membrane. The results show that the corrosion resistance of AZ31 magnesium alloys can be improved effectively by the hydrotalcite film characterized by interlocking flake nanostructures and ion exchange properties.
