SAE4130鋼力學(xué)性能不良的原因

【摘要】:A廠生產(chǎn)的SAE4130鋼制成產(chǎn)品后存在硬度偏低、低溫沖擊功低等力學(xué)性能不良的問題。通過分析A、B兩廠生產(chǎn)的SAE4130鋼的化學(xué)成分,并利用光學(xué)顯微鏡觀察其金相組織,對(duì)比分析了A廠材料力學(xué)性能差的原因。結(jié)果表明:A廠材料的碳當(dāng)量低是其硬度偏低的原因;Ni、Mo、Al等有益合金元素含量低、索氏體組織較粗、材料組織均勻性差導(dǎo)致了其低溫沖擊功低。提出的改進(jìn)措施有:對(duì)化學(xué)成分進(jìn)行優(yōu)化,提高部分有益合金元素的含量以及低溫快注,以保證材料的均勻性。
[Abstract]:The SAE4130 steel produced in factory A has poor mechanical properties such as low hardness and low impact power at low temperature. By analyzing the chemical composition of the SAE4130 steel produced by the two plants, and observing the metallographic structure of the steel by optical microscope, the reasons for the poor mechanical properties of the materials in plant A were compared and analyzed. The results show that the low carbon equivalent is the reason of low hardness, such as the low content of beneficial alloy elements, the coarse structure of Soxhlet, and the low impact work at low temperature due to the poor homogeneity of the material. The improvement measures are as follows: optimizing the chemical composition, increasing the content of some beneficial alloy elements and low temperature and fast injection to ensure the homogeneity of the material.
