膛線拉刀的受力分析和數(shù)值模擬

【摘要】:近年來生產(chǎn)高射程、高射擊精度火炮是火炮制造技術(shù)發(fā)展的總體趨勢,身管作為火炮最關(guān)鍵的構(gòu)件,長徑比大、材料硬度高、結(jié)構(gòu)復(fù)雜都加大了身管的制造難度。其中膛線加工是身管制造中最重要的工藝步驟,膛線的表面質(zhì)量對火炮使用壽命和打擊目標(biāo)精確度有著決定性影響,提高膛線制造工藝水平成為了研究現(xiàn)代火炮制造技術(shù)的主要課題。文章介紹了一種不同于現(xiàn)有技術(shù)的新型膛線拉削設(shè)備,并對該設(shè)備的工作的原理進行說明。根據(jù)金屬切削刀具的設(shè)計理論,對拉線刀具的刀片和刀座進行了重新設(shè)計。針對膛線拉削的特殊加工要求,,提出了實際生產(chǎn)加工時,所使用的切削液和切削參數(shù)的選擇標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。 為了進一步對拉線刀具進行分析,使用Solidworks軟件建立了拉線刀具的三維實體模型。之后,分析了膛線拉刀的受力情況,結(jié)合鏜刀和拉刀的切削加工特點,建立了刀具簡化后的力學(xué)模型。并且對刀具切削刃和刀具的幾何角度也進行了理論分析,建立了相關(guān)的數(shù)學(xué)模型。論文采用有限元分析軟件Derform-3D對膛線拉削過程進行了模擬,在對刀具和工件劃分網(wǎng)格軟件求解后,分析了工件和刀具的應(yīng)力、應(yīng)變情況。在改變單一切削參數(shù)的情況下,得出了不同的切削力數(shù)據(jù)。運用線性回歸的方法,對數(shù)據(jù)進行了討論,得出背吃刀量對膛線拉刀的切削力影響最大的結(jié)論。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the production of high range and high firing precision artillery is the general trend of the development of gun manufacturing technology. As the most important component of artillery, the barrel is more difficult to manufacture because of its high aspect ratio, high hardness of material and complicated structure. Rifling processing is the most important technological step in barrel manufacturing. The surface quality of the rifling has a decisive effect on the service life of the gun and the precision of the target. Improving the level of rifling manufacturing technology has become the main subject of modern artillery manufacturing technology. This paper introduces a new type of rifling broaching equipment, which is different from the prior art, and explains the working principle of the equipment. According to the design theory of metal cutting tool, the blade and tool holder of wire cutting tool are redesigned. According to the special processing requirements of rifling broaching, the selection standard of cutting fluid and cutting parameters used in actual production and processing is put forward. In order to further analyze the drawing wire cutting tool, the 3D solid model of the drawing wire cutter is established by using Solidworks software. After that, the force of the rifling broach is analyzed, and the simplified mechanical model of the cutting tool is established according to the cutting characteristics of the boring tool and the broach. The cutting edge and the geometric angle of the cutting tool are also analyzed theoretically, and the relevant mathematical models are established. In this paper, the process of rifling broaching is simulated by finite element analysis software Derform-3D. The stress and strain of workpiece and tool are analyzed after meshing the cutting tool and workpiece. Different cutting force data are obtained by changing a single cutting parameter. The linear regression method is used to discuss the data and the conclusion is drawn that the amount of the back feed has the greatest influence on the cutting force of the rifling broach.
