9%Cr鋼厚壁管道局部焊后熱處理溫度場的數(shù)值模擬

【摘要】:基于熱源追蹤法開發(fā)了一個能夠根據(jù)控溫點溫度自動調(diào)整熱輸入的有限元程序.使用該程序模擬了9%Cr鋼管道的局部焊后熱處理溫度場分布,并進行了試驗驗證.結(jié)果表明,模擬結(jié)果與試驗結(jié)果吻合良好.熱處理溫度場沿管道軸向呈近似拋物線狀分布,沿徑向呈近似線性分布.距焊縫中心兩倍壁厚范圍內(nèi),管道內(nèi)外壁溫差均約為17~18℃.按照目前國內(nèi)焊后熱處理規(guī)程推薦的參數(shù)進行熱處理,均溫區(qū)寬度能夠滿足要求,可以保證整個接頭的熱處理效果.根據(jù)溫度場分布,還確定了與管道內(nèi)壁焊縫中心溫度相同的外壁等效點位置,以監(jiān)測熱處理過程中管道內(nèi)壁溫度的變化.
[Abstract]:Based on the heat source tracing method, a finite element program is developed, which can automatically adjust the heat input according to the temperature of the temperature control point. The distribution of local post-weld heat treatment temperature field of 9%Cr steel pipeline is simulated by this program, and the experimental results are verified. The results show that the simulation results are in good agreement with the experimental results. The temperature field of heat treatment is approximately parabolic distribution along the axial direction of the pipe and approximately linear distribution along the radial direction. In the range of twice the thickness of the wall from the center of the weld, the temperature difference between the inner and outer walls of the pipe is about 17 ~ 18 鈩,
