等徑角擠壓后Ti5553鈦合金的沖蝕磨損機理演變

【摘要】:本文中系統(tǒng)研究了經等徑角擠壓(ECAE)處理后的Ti5553鈦合金在海砂環(huán)境中的沖蝕磨損機理演變歷程和失效原因.發(fā)現(xiàn)Ti5553鈦合金在高角度沖蝕工況下,其沖蝕磨損機理從初期的微切削轉變?yōu)闆_擊擠壓變形,并保持穩(wěn)定;合金顯微組織中彌散的α相以及ECAE工藝影響了沖蝕機理演變過程及沖蝕磨損程度;提高合金的強度、韌塑性對于抵抗沖蝕磨損起到了促進作用.
[Abstract]:In this paper, the evolution process and failure cause of erosion wear mechanism of Ti5553 titanium alloy treated by equal diameter angle extrusion (ECAE) in sea sand environment were systematically studied. It was found that the erosion wear mechanism of Ti5553 titanium alloy changed from the initial micro cutting to the impact extrusion deformation and kept stable in the high angle erosion condition, and the microstructure of the alloy was stable. The diffusion of alpha phase and ECAE process influence the evolution process of erosion mechanism and the degree of erosion and wear, and improve the strength and toughness of the alloy to resist erosion and wear.
