芯棒錐面結(jié)構(gòu)對孔冷擠壓強(qiáng)化殘余應(yīng)力場的影響

【摘要】:為了在緊固孔周引入均勻的殘余壓應(yīng)力,以延長緊固孔構(gòu)件的疲勞壽命、提高其抗應(yīng)力腐蝕性能,利用ANSYS有限元軟件,建立了軸對稱彈塑性有限元模型,對直接芯棒冷擠壓強(qiáng)化過程進(jìn)行了仿真,特別是對芯棒的前錐段曲線結(jié)構(gòu)形式進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì)與分析,研究了前錐段曲線形式對殘余應(yīng)力場分布的影響.結(jié)果表明:孔壁表面的周向殘余應(yīng)力分布復(fù)雜且不均勻,比較而言,外凸型正弦曲線型芯棒所產(chǎn)生的殘余壓應(yīng)力沿孔壁深度方向分布更加均勻;幾種曲線形式的芯棒在上表面近孔邊區(qū)域均產(chǎn)生了徑向殘余拉應(yīng)力,在孔的擠入段產(chǎn)生了軸向殘余拉應(yīng)力,但外凸型正弦曲線型芯棒在上述區(qū)域所產(chǎn)生的殘余拉應(yīng)力較小,且分布區(qū)域也較小.
[Abstract]:In order to introduce uniform residual compressive stress around the fastening hole in order to prolong the fatigue life and improve the stress-corrosion resistance of the fastening hole members, an axisymmetric elastic-plastic finite element model was established by using ANSYS finite element software. The reinforcement process of direct mandrel cold extrusion is simulated, especially the structure of the front cone curve of the mandrel is designed and analyzed, and the influence of the curve form of the front cone on the distribution of residual stress field is studied. The results show that the distribution of the circumferential residual stress on the surface of the hole wall is complex and uneven, and the residual compressive stress produced by the convex sinusoidal mandrel is more evenly distributed along the depth of the hole wall. Several kinds of curved mandrel have produced radial residual tensile stress in the upper surface near the hole edge, and axial residual tensile stress in the extrusion section of the hole, but the residual tensile stress of the convex sinusoidal mandrel in the above region is relatively small. The distribution area is also small.
