BTA深孔鉆削力學(xué)特性及鉆桿穩(wěn)定性研究

【摘要】:隨著深孔加工技術(shù)在航空、兵器、冶金等領(lǐng)域的廣泛應(yīng)用,深孔加工的精度及穩(wěn)定性方面的研究受到越來越多的重視。然而BTA深孔鉆削加工狀態(tài)多樣,機理復(fù)雜,對BTA鉆削系統(tǒng)力學(xué)特性及鉆桿穩(wěn)定性的研究成為了深孔加工中的研究熱點和關(guān)鍵問題。因此本文將在前人研究基礎(chǔ)上,對BTA鉆的鉆頭和鉆桿進行動力學(xué)及穩(wěn)定性研究。 本文首先對BTA鉆進行了受力分析,建立了深孔鉆削的力學(xué)模型,對BTA深孔鉆削系統(tǒng)中的軸向進給力、轉(zhuǎn)矩和功率進行了計算,,并針對BTA深孔鉆削系統(tǒng)中四種不同類型的導(dǎo)向塊的布置方案及鉆頭的穩(wěn)定度進行了計算。其次用實例分析了中間齒位角的確定方法,齒后角及中間齒位角對鉆削力及兩導(dǎo)向塊壓力的影響,錯齒鉆的位置角及導(dǎo)向塊的分布對鉆頭穩(wěn)定度的影響。再次對BTA鉆在鉆削過程中鉆桿的渦動情況進行了分析,對純滾動時的鉆桿運動軌跡進行了數(shù)學(xué)建模,對鉆桿的典型渦動軌跡進行了仿真分析。最后利用達朗伯原理建立了考慮質(zhì)量偏心、非線性剛度、動態(tài)鉆削力及重力的鉆桿非線性運動軌跡方程,并利用Matlab進行了仿真分析。 本文對BTA鉆頭各刀齒和導(dǎo)向塊角度的取值提供了一定的理論參考,為實際BTA鉆頭穩(wěn)定性的驗證提供了一種方法,同時研究了鉆桿轉(zhuǎn)速、相對阻尼以及質(zhì)量偏心對鉆桿穩(wěn)定性的影響,對深孔加工技術(shù)的發(fā)展具有重要的現(xiàn)實意義。
[Abstract]:With the extensive application of deep hole processing technology in the fields of aviation, weapons, metallurgy and other fields, more and more attention has been paid to the research on the precision and stability of deep hole machining. However, the BTA deep hole drilling process is diverse and the mechanism is complex. The research on the mechanical properties of the BTA drilling system and the stability of the drill rod has become a hot topic in the deep hole processing. Therefore, this paper will study the dynamics and stability of drill bit and drill pipe of BTA drill on the basis of previous studies.
In this paper, the force analysis of BTA drill is carried out, the mechanical model of deep hole drilling is set up, the axial feed force, torque and power in the BTA deep hole drilling system are calculated, and the arrangement scheme of four different types of guide blocks and the stability of the bit are calculated for the deep hole drilling system of the deep hole drilling system. The method of determining the angle of the inter tooth position, the influence of the rear angle of the tooth and the angle of the middle tooth on the drilling force and the pressure of the two guide block, the influence of the position angle of the wrong tooth drill and the distribution of the guide block on the stability of the drill bit. Again, the vorticity of the drill rod in the drilling process of BTA drilling is analyzed, and the mathematical modeling of the trajectory of the drill rod in the pure rolling is modeled. The typical vorticity track of the drill rod is simulated and analyzed. Finally, the nonlinear motion trajectory equation of drill rod with mass eccentricity, nonlinear stiffness, dynamic drilling force and gravity is established by using the principle of Da Long Wave, and the simulation analysis is carried out by Matlab.
This paper provides a certain theoretical reference for the value of the angle of the BTA bit and the guide block. It provides a method for the verification of the stability of the actual BTA bit, and studies the influence of the drilling rod speed, relative damping and mass eccentricity on the stability of the drill rod, which has important practical significance for the development of the deep hole processing technique.
