復(fù)合鑄造與振動斜板冷卻鑄造SiC_p增強(qiáng)A356復(fù)合材料顯微組織與耐磨性的比較(英文)

【摘要】:利用復(fù)合鑄造和振動斜板鑄造2種方法鑄造Si Cp增強(qiáng)A356復(fù)合材料,比較2種復(fù)合材料中碳化硅含量對材料顯微組織、孔隙、硬度和耐磨性的影響。在鑄態(tài)條件下,振動斜板鑄造和復(fù)合鑄造的2種復(fù)合材料的基體分別為球形和枝晶結(jié)構(gòu)。振動斜板鑄造的復(fù)合材料其碳化硅顆粒分布更加均勻,并且具有更高的硬度,復(fù)合鑄造的材料則具有更少的孔隙。對于這2種復(fù)合材料,碳化硅顆粒的增加(體積分?jǐn)?shù)最大為20%)導(dǎo)致碳化硅顆粒在基體合金內(nèi)更加均勻分布并且提高了其耐磨性。與復(fù)合鑄造材料相比,對于振動斜板鑄造的復(fù)合材料,碳化硅含量的增加,將降低球形顆粒的尺寸和形狀因子,并且具有較好的耐磨性。振動斜板鑄造材料比復(fù)合鑄造材料具有更好的力學(xué)性能,這是因?yàn)榛w中的碳化硅顆粒分布更加均勻,而且振動斜板鑄造過程中形成了球形組織。
[Abstract]:Sic p reinforced A356 composites were cast by means of composite casting and vibrating inclined plate casting. The effects of sic content on microstructure, porosity, hardness and wear resistance of the composites were compared.In the as-cast condition, the matrix of the two kinds of composites were spherical and dendritic respectively.The silicon carbide particles are distributed more evenly and have higher hardness, while the composite casting materials have less porosity.For these two composites, the increase of sic particles (up to 20 in volume fraction) leads to a more uniform distribution of sic particles in the matrix alloy and improves its wear resistance.Compared with composite casting materials, the increase of silicon carbide content in vibratory inclined plate casting composites will reduce the size and shape factor of spherical particles, and have better wear resistance.The mechanical properties of vibratory inclined plate casting material are better than that of composite casting material because the silicon carbide particles in the matrix are more uniform and the spherical structure is formed in the process of vibrating inclined plate casting.
