地坑鑄件樹脂砂處理工藝及樹脂砂再生系統(tǒng)的改造

【摘要】:公司目前使用自硬樹脂砂的砂處理系統(tǒng),其再生砂的砂鐵比高,燃燒分解率低,再生砂的工藝參數(shù)與實(shí)際生產(chǎn)需要不匹配,再生砂的灼減量與微粉含量超標(biāo),影響再生脫膜率以及與其成線性關(guān)系的樹脂、固化劑的加入量,此外,再生砂的砂粒表面質(zhì)量、圓整度、顆粒均勻性等處于不佳狀態(tài),從降低生產(chǎn)成本和提高公司產(chǎn)品的質(zhì)量角度,上述均是公司急待解決的問題。本文從公司樹脂砂的砂處理系統(tǒng)工藝及其設(shè)備的生產(chǎn)實(shí)際出發(fā),對(duì)決定樹脂砂質(zhì)量的再生砂的灼減量和微粉含量等主要影響因素進(jìn)行了實(shí)驗(yàn)研究和數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì),在分析地坑鑄件樹脂砂處理工藝和實(shí)際操作注意事項(xiàng)的基礎(chǔ)上,針對(duì)公司目前樹脂砂系統(tǒng)存在的問題,通過理論計(jì)算、檢測(cè)和可行性分析,提出了樹脂砂再生系統(tǒng)的改造方案。樹脂砂再生的主要目的是獲得一個(gè)穩(wěn)定的燒損值即灼減量。樹脂再生砂的灼減量是衡量樹脂砂性能優(yōu)劣的重要指標(biāo),合理控制灼減量有助于控制樹脂砂的發(fā)氣量,以及減少粘結(jié)劑的加入量,從而有效降低鑄件氣孔類缺陷,從而獲得良好的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。通過地坑鑄件樹脂砂處理工藝和實(shí)際操作的分析研究,發(fā)現(xiàn)為達(dá)到工藝要求的再生砂抗拉強(qiáng)度,公司目前樹脂、固化劑的加入量嚴(yán)重超標(biāo);公司現(xiàn)有的產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)決定了砂鐵比較大,樹脂砂的整體燃燒分解率低,設(shè)備的實(shí)際脫膜率不足,這些因素均導(dǎo)致公司目前再生砂灼減量和微粉含量的超標(biāo)。最后,根據(jù)目前地坑鑄件樹脂砂處理工藝的現(xiàn)狀及存在的問題,并對(duì)整個(gè)樹脂砂的砂處理流程進(jìn)行參數(shù)優(yōu)化和分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)減少樹脂和固化劑的加入量,增加新砂的加入量,減小砂鐵比等工藝參數(shù),可優(yōu)化當(dāng)前再生砂的質(zhì)量,但有效降低再生砂的灼減量比較困難;通過設(shè)備的改造,在當(dāng)前樹脂砂一級(jí)再生的基礎(chǔ)上,增加二級(jí)再生設(shè)備,提高舊砂的脫膜率,可將再生砂的灼減量降低到目標(biāo)值的范圍內(nèi),這對(duì)解決樹脂砂、固化劑加入量的超標(biāo)問題,以及提高樹脂砂的質(zhì)量均有較大幫助。
[Abstract]:At present, the company uses the sand treatment system of self-hardened resin sand, its reclaimed sand has high ratio of sand to iron, low rate of burning and decomposing, the technological parameters of recycled sand do not match with the actual production needs, and the content of reclaimed sand burning less and fine powder exceeds the standard.In addition, the surface quality, roundness and uniformity of the recycled sand are in poor condition, such as the resin and the amount of the curing agent, which have a linear relationship with the regenerated sand, and the surface quality, roundness and uniformity of the reclaimed sand are not good.In order to reduce production costs and improve the quality of the company's products, these are urgent problems to be solved.Based on the process of resin sand treatment system and the production practice of its equipment, this paper has carried out experimental research and data statistics on the main influencing factors, such as burning reduction and fine powder content of recycled sand, which determine the quality of resin sand.Based on the analysis of resin sand treatment technology and practical operation points for attention in ground pit castings, and in view of the problems existing in resin sand system at present, through theoretical calculation, detection and feasibility analysis, the modification scheme of resin sand regeneration system is put forward.The main purpose of resin sand regeneration is to obtain a stable burning loss value.The burning reduction of resin regenerated sand is an important index to evaluate the properties of resin sand. Reasonable control of burning reduction can help to control the gas production of resin sand and reduce the addition of binder, thus effectively reducing the porosity defects of castings.Thus, good economic benefits are obtained.Through the analysis and study of resin sand treatment technology and practical operation of ground pit castings, it is found that in order to achieve the tensile strength of recycled sand, the amount of resin and curing agent added in the company is seriously exceeded the standard at present.The existing product structure of the company determines that the sand iron is relatively large, the overall combustion decomposition rate of the resin sand is low, and the actual demembrane rate of the equipment is insufficient. These factors all lead to the excess of the reclaimed sand burning reduction and the content of fine powder in the company at present.Finally, according to the present situation and existing problems of resin sand treatment technology of ground pit castings, and the parameter optimization and analysis of the sand treatment process of the whole resin sand, it is found that the amount of resin and curing agent is reduced, and the addition of new sand is increased.The quality of reclaimed sand can be optimized by reducing the ratio of sand to iron, but it is difficult to reduce the burning reduction of recycled sand effectively.Increasing the demembrane rate of the old sand can reduce the burning reduction of the recycled sand to the target value, which is helpful to solve the problem of overstandard addition of resin sand and curing agent, as well as to improve the quality of resin sand.
