【摘要】：為了使公差信息更好地被計算機理解,將描述邏輯引入對功能公差分析的研究中。通過對幾何公差描述邏輯進行擴展,構建功能公差分析描述邏輯FTADL(Dta),并設計該邏輯的可滿足性判定算法�；贔TADL(Dta)的知識表示機制,構建功能公差分析表示模型,在此基礎上借助FTADL(Dta)的可滿足性判定算法設計功能公差分析算法。以開齒輪箱的功能公差分析為例,驗證了所設計算法可為計算機輔助設計系統(tǒng)中功能公差分析智能化的研究提供有效的思路和方法。
[Abstract]:In order to make tolerance information better understood by computer, description logic is introduced into the study of functional tolerance analysis.By extending the geometric tolerance description logic, the functional tolerance analysis description logic FTADL is constructed, and the algorithm for determining the satisfiability of the logic is designed.Based on the knowledge representation mechanism of FTADL / DTA, the functional tolerance analysis model is constructed, and the functional tolerance analysis algorithm is designed with the aid of FTADL / Dta-based satisfiability determination algorithm.Taking the function tolerance analysis of open gearbox as an example, it is verified that the designed algorithm can provide effective ideas and methods for the intelligent research of functional tolerance analysis in CAD system.
