Gd和Y對(duì)AM60鎂合金高溫力學(xué)性能的影響

【摘要】:在AM60鎂合金中添加不同含量的稀土元素Gd和Y,形成AM60-RE,并進(jìn)行T4處理。通過高溫拉伸力學(xué)試驗(yàn)測(cè)定合金的抗拉強(qiáng)度和伸長(zhǎng)率。結(jié)合金相顯微組織觀察表明,土元素Y和Gd能夠通過固溶強(qiáng)化作用減少AM60鎂合金在高溫拉伸時(shí)的軟化,并且通過第二相強(qiáng)化減少M(fèi)g17Al12相數(shù)量以及在130℃時(shí)的軟化、粗化,改變其形貌;同時(shí)Y、Gd與Mg、Al形成的高熔點(diǎn)化合物在130℃時(shí)能強(qiáng)化AM60鎂合金基體。添加Y和Gd的RE-AM60鎂合金在130℃下,鑄態(tài)抗拉強(qiáng)度可達(dá)227 MPa,T4處理后達(dá)到236 MPa,與未添加稀土的AM60相比,鑄態(tài)抗拉強(qiáng)度提高了12.4%,T4態(tài)抗拉強(qiáng)度提高了13.5%。
[Abstract]:Different contents of rare earth elements Gd and Y were added to AM60 magnesium alloy to form AM60-REand treated with T4.Tensile strength and elongation of the alloy were measured by tensile mechanical test at high temperature.Combined with metallographic microstructure observation, the soil elements Y and Gd can reduce the softening of AM60 magnesium alloy at high temperature by solution strengthening, and decrease the number of Mg17Al12 phases and the softening and coarsening at 130 鈩,
