5A06鋁鎂合金海水腐蝕電化學(xué)特性

【摘要】:對(duì)5A06鋁鎂合金進(jìn)行海水腐蝕實(shí)驗(yàn),測(cè)試腐蝕不同時(shí)間后的電化學(xué)阻抗譜和極化曲線。結(jié)合微觀形貌,定性分析阻抗譜和極化曲線的變化規(guī)律;進(jìn)而建立等效電路模型,并采用ZsimpWin擬合給出各等效元件的值,定量分析其變化規(guī)律。另一方面,利用極化曲線外延法計(jì)算腐蝕不同時(shí)間后的自腐蝕電位和自腐蝕電流密度,從而得到瞬時(shí)腐蝕速率的變化規(guī)律。結(jié)果表明:沒(méi)有經(jīng)過(guò)腐蝕的5A06鋁鎂合金在海水中的阻抗譜呈現(xiàn)雙容抗弧特征;腐蝕1天后,隨時(shí)間的延長(zhǎng),單一容抗弧呈現(xiàn)出先增大后減小的趨勢(shì)。在整個(gè)腐蝕過(guò)程中,自腐蝕電流密度和腐蝕速率先減小后增大;腐蝕1天相對(duì)未經(jīng)腐蝕的樣品腐蝕電位(Ecorr)有所升高,隨后逐漸下降,最終又呈現(xiàn)上升的趨勢(shì)。
[Abstract]:The electrochemical impedance spectra and polarization curves of 5A06 aluminum-magnesium alloy after corrosion at different time were measured by seawater corrosion test.The variation of impedance spectrum and polarization curve is qualitatively analyzed according to the microscopic morphology, and the equivalent circuit model is established. The values of each equivalent element are fitted by ZsimpWin, and the variation law of each equivalent element is quantitatively analyzed.On the other hand, the polarization curve epitaxy method is used to calculate the corrosion potential and current density after corrosion for different time, and the variation of instantaneous corrosion rate is obtained.The results show that the impedance spectrum of 5A06 aluminum-magnesium alloy without corrosion in seawater shows double capacitive arc resistance, and after one day of corrosion, the single capacitance impedance of 5A06 magnesium alloy increases first and then decreases with the prolongation of time.During the whole corrosion process, the corrosion current density and corrosion rate decreased first and then increased, and the corrosion potential of the sample increased in 1 day compared with that of the uncorroded sample, then decreased gradually, and finally showed an upward trend.
