【摘要】:對Ti-1300合金在固溶處理過程中晶粒的長大行為進行系統(tǒng)研究。結(jié)果表明:當固溶溫度低于β轉(zhuǎn)變溫度時,未溶解的α相使得晶粒長大緩慢;在高于β轉(zhuǎn)變溫度固溶處理時,晶粒隨著溫度升高而快速增大。晶粒長大動力表明:在840~950℃固溶處理時,β晶粒的長大規(guī)律可用D=1.13×1010 exp(-2.1×104/T)描述,且晶界遷移的表觀激活能為Q=350 k J/mol。當固溶溫度為840、870和900℃時,晶粒長大指數(shù)隨固溶溫度升高而增加,分別為0.31、0.55、0.56。
[Abstract]:The grain growth behavior of Ti - 1300 alloy during the solution treatment was systematically studied . The results showed that when the solution temperature was lower than the 尾 - transition temperature , the grain grew slowly .
