【摘要】：采用蛇形通道澆注法制備半固態(tài)A380鋁合金漿料。研究澆注溫度、彎道數(shù)量和通道內(nèi)徑對(duì)半固態(tài)A380鋁合金漿料顯微組織的影響。結(jié)果表明:澆注溫度在630~650°C時(shí)可獲得優(yōu)質(zhì)的半固態(tài)A380鋁合金漿料。在相同條件下,增加彎道數(shù)量或減小通道內(nèi)徑可減小初生α(Al)晶粒的平均直徑,同時(shí)提高其形狀因子。蛇形通道內(nèi)合金熔體的"自攪拌"有利于枝晶的熟化和初生α(Al)晶粒的球化。
[Abstract]:Semi-solid A 380 aluminum alloy paste was prepared by serpentine channel casting method.The effect of pouring temperature, bend number and channel diameter on microstructure of semi-solid A380 aluminum alloy paste was studied.The results show that the high quality semi-solid A380 aluminum alloy paste can be obtained at 650 擄C at 630 鈩，
