綠色制造剃齒切削油液選擇模型及應(yīng)用

【摘要】:切削液的合理選擇是提高切削加工綠色化程度的重要途徑之一。根據(jù)綠色制造原理,在首先滿(mǎn)足加工質(zhì)量的前提下,建立了一種綜合考慮時(shí)間、質(zhì)量、成本、資源消耗和環(huán)境影響5個(gè)因素的切削液評(píng)價(jià)體系。采用油基切削液和不同類(lèi)型的水基切削液進(jìn)行剃齒加工對(duì)比試驗(yàn),從工件質(zhì)量、刀具壽命、成本和資源環(huán)境影響幾個(gè)方面進(jìn)行對(duì)比分析。結(jié)合試驗(yàn)結(jié)果,利用模糊綜合評(píng)價(jià)方法對(duì)加工結(jié)果進(jìn)行了評(píng)價(jià),并據(jù)此提出了用于剃齒加工的切削液綜合選擇模型,通過(guò)剃齒加工實(shí)例驗(yàn)證了該模型的可行性。試驗(yàn)證明:采用水基切削液進(jìn)行剃齒加工仍能滿(mǎn)足質(zhì)量要求,與傳統(tǒng)油基切削液相比,水基能有效降低生產(chǎn)成本,同時(shí)減少對(duì)環(huán)境的污染。
[Abstract]:The reasonable choice of cutting fluid is one of the important ways to improve the green degree of cutting.According to the principle of green manufacturing, a cutting fluid evaluation system considering five factors such as time, quality, cost, resource consumption and environment was established on the premise of satisfying the quality of machining.A comparative experiment of shaving with oil based cutting fluid and different water based cutting fluid was carried out. The effects of workpiece quality, tool life, cost and resource and environment were compared and analyzed.Combined with the experimental results, the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to evaluate the machining results, and a comprehensive selection model of cutting fluid for gear shaving is put forward, and the feasibility of the model is verified by an example of shaving.The experiments show that the water-base cutting fluid can still meet the quality requirements. Compared with the traditional oil-based cutting fluid, the water-based cutting fluid can effectively reduce the production cost and reduce the pollution to the environment.
