激光精密切割圓弧和直線粗糙度差異分析與消除

【摘要】:采用Nd:YAG激光對0.5 mm厚的1060純鋁板進行圓弧和直線精密切割時,為消除圓弧和直線切口壁面的粗糙度差異問題,通過顯微鏡觀察圓弧切縫壁面微觀形貌,在此基礎(chǔ)上建立圓弧簡化的數(shù)學(xué)模型,導(dǎo)出了內(nèi)、外圓弧壁面粗糙度公式。在相同切割參數(shù)下,重點分析切割半徑對內(nèi)、外圓弧和直線壁面粗糙度差異影響規(guī)律,結(jié)果表明,隨切割半徑增大,外圓弧壁面粗糙度增大,內(nèi)圓弧壁面粗糙度減小;當切割半徑R≤7 mm時,內(nèi)、外圓弧粗糙度差異明顯;切割半徑R7 mm時,兩者粗糙度差異忽略不計。最后,先后利用響應(yīng)曲面法(RSM)中最小值優(yōu)化和目標值優(yōu)化,獲得圓弧和直線對應(yīng)的工藝參數(shù),實際切割測量后粗糙度近似一致,直線和圓弧粗糙度差異消除,此方法證明可行有效。
[Abstract]:In order to eliminate the roughness difference between circular arc and straight cut wall of 1060 pure aluminum plate with thickness of 1060 mm thick by Nd:YAG laser, the micro-morphology of arc cut wall was observed by microscope in order to eliminate the roughness difference between circular arc and straight cut wall.On this basis, the simplified mathematical model of circular arc is established, and the inner and outer arc wall roughness formulas are derived.Under the same cutting parameters, the influence of cutting radius on inner, outer arc and straight line wall roughness is analyzed.
