激光精密切割圓弧和直線(xiàn)粗糙度差異分析與消除

【摘要】:采用Nd:YAG激光對(duì)0.5 mm厚的1060純鋁板進(jìn)行圓弧和直線(xiàn)精密切割時(shí),為消除圓弧和直線(xiàn)切口壁面的粗糙度差異問(wèn)題,通過(guò)顯微鏡觀察圓弧切縫壁面微觀形貌,在此基礎(chǔ)上建立圓弧簡(jiǎn)化的數(shù)學(xué)模型,導(dǎo)出了內(nèi)、外圓弧壁面粗糙度公式。在相同切割參數(shù)下,重點(diǎn)分析切割半徑對(duì)內(nèi)、外圓弧和直線(xiàn)壁面粗糙度差異影響規(guī)律,結(jié)果表明,隨切割半徑增大,外圓弧壁面粗糙度增大,內(nèi)圓弧壁面粗糙度減小;當(dāng)切割半徑R≤7 mm時(shí),內(nèi)、外圓弧粗糙度差異明顯;切割半徑R7 mm時(shí),兩者粗糙度差異忽略不計(jì)。最后,先后利用響應(yīng)曲面法(RSM)中最小值優(yōu)化和目標(biāo)值優(yōu)化,獲得圓弧和直線(xiàn)對(duì)應(yīng)的工藝參數(shù),實(shí)際切割測(cè)量后粗糙度近似一致,直線(xiàn)和圓弧粗糙度差異消除,此方法證明可行有效。
[Abstract]:In order to eliminate the roughness difference between circular arc and straight cut wall of 1060 pure aluminum plate with thickness of 1060 mm thick by Nd:YAG laser, the micro-morphology of arc cut wall was observed by microscope in order to eliminate the roughness difference between circular arc and straight cut wall.On this basis, the simplified mathematical model of circular arc is established, and the inner and outer arc wall roughness formulas are derived.Under the same cutting parameters, the influence of cutting radius on inner, outer arc and straight line wall roughness is analyzed.
