等重疊率螺旋線的非球面拋光軌跡規(guī)劃

【摘要】:為改善拋光軌跡以獲得更好的加工精度,分析了軌跡在非球面上所產(chǎn)生的去除區(qū)域的覆蓋情況,并提出了一種等重疊率螺旋線拋光軌跡規(guī)劃方法;诤掌澖佑|理論的去除區(qū)域的覆蓋情況分析表明,常用的阿基米德螺旋線由于彈性接觸變化和投影行距變化導(dǎo)致軌跡間去除區(qū)域接觸變化,從而不能保證加工精度均勻一致,為此引入了重疊率的概念以量化分析該變化情況。提出的軌跡規(guī)劃方法分析了重疊率的變化特點(diǎn),并依據(jù)螺旋線的性質(zhì)建立了螺旋線行距與非球面面形的變化關(guān)系,保證了軌跡間去除區(qū)域的穩(wěn)定接觸。仿真結(jié)果表明,在非球面拋光過程中應(yīng)用等重疊率螺旋線軌跡,重疊率變化范圍從阿基米德螺旋線軌跡的56.1%~26.2%縮小到現(xiàn)在方法的56.1%~55.3%,為非球面拋光的均勻性和一致性奠定了基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:In order to improve the polishing trajectory and obtain better machining accuracy, the coverage of the removed area produced by the trajectory on the aspherical surface is analyzed, and a method of trajectory planning for the spiral polishing with equal overlap rate is proposed.The analysis of the coverage of the removal area based on Hertz contact theory shows that the commonly used Archimedes helix can not guarantee the uniform machining accuracy due to the change of elastic contact and the change of projection distance.For this reason, the concept of overlap rate is introduced to quantitatively analyze the change.The proposed trajectory planning method analyzes the characteristics of the overlap rate and establishes the relationship between the helix distance and the aspherical surface according to the properties of the helix which ensures the stable contact between the removal regions of the trajectories.The simulation results show that the uniform overlap rate spiral trajectory is applied in the process of aspheric surface polishing, and the variation range of overlap rate is reduced from 56. 1% to 56. 1% of the Archimedes spiral trajectory to 56. 1% and 55. 3% of the present method, which lays a foundation for the uniformity and consistency of the aspheric polishing.
