β型γ-TiAl合金的組織特征及其超塑性變形行為

【摘要】:研究了熱變形作用下β型γ-Ti Al合金Ti-43Al-4Nb-2Mo-0.5B(at%)的組織演變過程,以及鍛態(tài)組織的高溫超塑性變形行為。結果表明:包套鍛造過程中,層片晶結構發(fā)生快速分解L(α/γ)→γ+β,γ和β晶粒發(fā)生顯著的動態(tài)再結晶,鍛態(tài)組織主要由大角度晶界的γ和B2細晶組成;該合金大角度晶界為主的γ+B2/β細晶變形組織在900~950℃之間表現(xiàn)出典型的低溫超塑性變形行為,950℃/1.0×10-4 s-1時延伸率可達405%;超塑性變形過程中殘余層片晶結構完全分解,γ和B2/β晶粒進一步動態(tài)再結晶細化;γ和B2/β晶粒的晶界滑移是該合金超塑性變形的主要變形機制。
[Abstract]:The microstructure evolution process of 尾 -type 緯 -Ti Al alloy Ti-43Al-4Nb-2Mo-0.5Bat under hot deformation and the superplastic deformation behavior of forged microstructure at high temperature were studied.The results show that the lamellar crystal structure rapidly decomposes L (偽 / 緯) 緯 尾, 緯 and 尾 grains undergo dynamic recrystallization, and the forged microstructure is mainly composed of 緯 and B2 fine crystals at large angle grain boundaries.The deformation behavior of 緯 B 2 / 尾 fine grain with large angle grain boundary is typical at 900 鈩,
