基于類等勢場法和模型的鍛件預(yù)制坯設(shè)計

【摘要】:利用塑性變形過程中金屬的流動規(guī)律與靜電場等勢線分布類似這一特性,提出一種預(yù)制坯設(shè)計的新方法—類等勢場法,并采用此方法對某齒輪鍛件進(jìn)行預(yù)成形設(shè)計。利用ANSYS軟件得出預(yù)制坯形狀,以此形狀為局部變量,以壓機(jī)速度、摩擦因數(shù)、溫度為全局變量,以成形載荷、填充率、晶粒尺寸為優(yōu)化目標(biāo),利用有限元軟件DEFORM-3D進(jìn)行數(shù)值模擬,并采用Matlab軟件中的MBC(model-based calibration)工具箱對其進(jìn)行數(shù)學(xué)建模及優(yōu)化,最后在預(yù)鍛工藝參數(shù)不變的條件下,得到終鍛的最佳工藝參數(shù)組合是等勢線ξ為0.205 V時的預(yù)制坯形狀及壓機(jī)速度為56 mm/s、摩擦因數(shù)為0.2、溫度為1 000℃。生產(chǎn)實踐表明:該方法設(shè)計的齒輪與傳統(tǒng)方法相比,終鍛成形載荷下降40%,材料利用率提高56.7%,而且組織得到細(xì)化。
[Abstract]:Taking advantage of the fact that the flow law of metal during plastic deformation is similar to the distribution of electrostatic field isopotential line, a new method of preform billet design is put forward, which is used to preform a gear forging.The shape of preform billet is obtained by using ANSYS software. The shape is taken as local variable, the speed, friction coefficient and temperature of press are taken as global variables, the forming load, filling rate and grain size are taken as the optimization objective, and the finite element software DEFORM-3D is used to simulate the preform shape.MBC(model-based calibration toolbox in Matlab software is used to model and optimize it. Finally, under the condition of constant pre-forging process parameters,The optimum process parameters of final forging are obtained as follows: the shape of preform and press speed is 56 mm / s, friction coefficient is 0.2, temperature is 1 000 鈩,
