5005鋁合金與4J34可伐合金的真空釬焊工藝

【摘要】:利用Al-Si-Mg釬料實現(xiàn)5005鋁合金與4J34可伐合金的真空釬焊,研究了接頭界面結(jié)構及其形成機理,分析了釬焊溫度及保溫時間對接頭界面結(jié)構和抗剪強度的影響。結(jié)果表明:隨著釬焊溫度的升高和保溫時間的延長,接頭的抗剪強度先升高后降低;當釬焊溫度為580℃、保溫時間為15 min時,接頭抗剪強度達到最大值81 MPa,此時,接頭的典型界面結(jié)構為4J34可伐合金/FeAl/FeAl3/FemAln+α(Al)/5005鋁合金。接頭的斷裂形式主要受釬焊溫度的影響;當釬焊溫度較低時,接頭斷裂于鋁合金側(cè)氧化膜層及鋁合金內(nèi);當溫度升高至580℃時,接頭斷裂于FemAln+α(Al)反應層中。
[Abstract]:The vacuum brazing of 5005 aluminum alloy and 4J34 Kovar alloy was realized by using Al-Si-Mg solder. The interface structure and formation mechanism of the joint were studied. The effects of brazing temperature and holding time on the interface structure and shear strength of the joint were analyzed.The results show that with the increase of brazing temperature and the prolongation of holding time, the shear strength of the joint first increases and then decreases, and when the brazing temperature is 580 鈩,
