提高馬達(dá)殼體加工效率的工藝方法

【摘要】:以在立式加工中心加工典型零件為例,通過工藝難點分析,設(shè)計出合理的工藝方案,選擇適宜的刀具,優(yōu)化、完善加工程序和切削參數(shù),解決了馬達(dá)殼體加工時存在的積屑瘤和振紋、表面粗糙度差、尺寸公差不易保證、刀具磨損快、易折斷等加工難題。
[Abstract]:Taking typical parts machined in vertical machining center as an example, through the analysis of process difficulties, a reasonable process scheme is designed, suitable cutting tools are selected, the machining procedure and cutting parameters are optimized, and the machining procedures and cutting parameters are improved. The problems in machining such as chip nodule and vibration, surface roughness, dimension tolerance are not easy to be guaranteed, tool wear is fast and fracture is easy to be broken, etc.
