基于藍(lán)牙4.0的數(shù)字化焊機(jī)同步PC監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)研究

【摘要】:焊接技術(shù)作為19世紀(jì)末期、20世紀(jì)初期發(fā)展起來(lái)的重要金屬加工工藝之一,已隨著電力電子技術(shù)、智能控制技術(shù)、計(jì)算機(jī)技術(shù)以及通信技術(shù)的不斷更新,被大量應(yīng)用在各個(gè)基礎(chǔ)部門(mén)。然而,目前國(guó)內(nèi)焊接裝備及系統(tǒng)的自動(dòng)化水平較低,存在有線監(jiān)控的弊端,焊接作業(yè)的生產(chǎn)管理、質(zhì)量監(jiān)督與監(jiān)測(cè)數(shù)字化應(yīng)用欠缺,相關(guān)人員難以實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)控焊接過(guò)程,導(dǎo)致大量焊接有效數(shù)據(jù)分散、難以隨時(shí)跟蹤、分析,焊接參數(shù)可追溯性差等狀況。針對(duì)以上問(wèn)題,結(jié)合數(shù)字化焊接電源較模擬電源開(kāi)發(fā)潛力大的優(yōu)勢(shì),本文首先搭建了數(shù)字化焊接電源平臺(tái),其數(shù)字化控制系統(tǒng)采用TMS320F28033DSP芯片作為控制核心,為實(shí)現(xiàn)焊接過(guò)程的監(jiān)測(cè)及控制提供了良好的運(yùn)行基礎(chǔ)為了提高焊接質(zhì)量及加快智能焊接技術(shù)的進(jìn)程,進(jìn)行焊接質(zhì)量無(wú)線監(jiān)控及焊接過(guò)程控制,在數(shù)字化焊接電源的基礎(chǔ)上,本文隨后設(shè)計(jì)了一套基于藍(lán)牙4.0的焊接在線監(jiān)測(cè)系統(tǒng),對(duì)無(wú)線通信模塊、焊接主控板及PC機(jī)進(jìn)行了相關(guān)軟硬件設(shè)計(jì),實(shí)現(xiàn)了焊接過(guò)程參數(shù)與焊接管理的信息化、數(shù)字化。系統(tǒng)采用自定義的焊接參數(shù)和命令通信協(xié)議,基于藍(lán)牙4.0協(xié)議棧解決了穩(wěn)定可靠的無(wú)線數(shù)據(jù)傳輸?shù)膯?wèn)題,上位機(jī)軟件結(jié)合VS 2010提供的MFC平臺(tái),采用多線程設(shè)計(jì)方法,并利用SQL Server數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)實(shí)現(xiàn)工藝參數(shù)的保存、信息的查詢(xún)和數(shù)據(jù)的分析等功能,為焊接質(zhì)量的分析提供依據(jù),經(jīng)測(cè)試,該系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行穩(wěn)定可靠。該系統(tǒng)既推進(jìn)了焊接裝備和焊接工藝的智能化、網(wǎng)絡(luò)化發(fā)展,又降低了生產(chǎn)成本,有利于大幅度減少了焊接質(zhì)量問(wèn)題,使焊接行業(yè)朝著信息化、集成化發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:As one of the important metal processing technologies developed in the late 19th century and the early 20th century, welding technology has been continuously updated with the power electronics technology, intelligent control technology, computer technology and communication technology.It is widely used in various basic sectors.However, at present, the level of automation of welding equipment and system in China is relatively low, and there are disadvantages of wire monitoring, the production management of welding operation, the digital application of quality supervision and monitoring, and the difficulty of real-time monitoring of welding process.It results in a large number of effective welding data scattered, difficult to track, analysis, welding parameters poor traceability and so on.In view of the above problems, combined with the advantages of digital welding power source than analog power source development potential, this paper first built a digital welding power source platform, its digital control system uses TMS320F28033DSP chip as the control core.Then, a welding on-line monitoring system based on Bluetooth 4.0 is designed. The software and hardware of wireless communication module, welding main control board and PC are designed, and the information of welding process parameters and welding management are realized.The SQL Server database is used to save the process parameters, query the information and analyze the data, which provides the basis for the analysis of welding quality. The test results show that the system is stable and reliable.The system not only promotes the intelligent and networked development of welding equipment and welding process, but also reduces the production cost, which is beneficial to greatly reduce the welding quality problems, and makes the welding industry develop towards information and integration.
