【摘要】:對某鋼廠生產(chǎn)的12MnNiVR在不同溫度下進(jìn)行回火試驗(yàn),對回火后的試樣進(jìn)行力學(xué)性能測試,并借助掃描電鏡觀察回火后的沖擊試樣斷口形貌。結(jié)果表明:經(jīng)回火處理后,12MnNiVR材料的抗拉強(qiáng)度急劇下降,沖擊韌度大幅改善,其最佳回火溫度為630℃;鼗鸷蟛牧系臄嗫诔薯g窩狀,其中的夾雜物多為Al_2O_3、TiO_2和MnS的復(fù)合型夾雜。
[Abstract]:The tempering test of 12MnNiVR produced in a steel plant was carried out at different temperatures, and the mechanical properties of the tempered samples were tested. The results show that the tensile strength of 12MnNiVR after tempering decreases sharply, and the impact toughness is greatly improved. The best tempering temperature is 630 鈩,
