微細(xì)陣列孔的鑄造法制備及表征

【摘要】:為了獲得大深徑比的微細(xì)陣列孔,以鋁作為基體金屬并采用鑄造法制備了微細(xì)陣列孔.根據(jù)預(yù)期陣列孔的結(jié)構(gòu),編排并固定預(yù)制體的孔芯.將預(yù)制體放置在自制金屬型中進(jìn)行澆注,使熔融金屬鋁液圍繞于預(yù)制體的孔芯,待鋁液凝固后抽出孔芯得到微細(xì)陣列孔.利用激光共聚焦顯微鏡測量微細(xì)陣列孔的孔壁粗糙度,并計算微細(xì)陣列孔的形狀因子.結(jié)果表明,由鑄造法制備的微細(xì)陣列孔的分布十分規(guī)律密集,孔徑大小基本一致.微細(xì)陣列孔的形狀非常趨近于圓形,孔壁十分光滑,且深徑比很大.
[Abstract]:In order to obtain microarray holes with large aspect ratio, aluminum was used as matrix metal and microarray holes were prepared by casting method. Arrange and fix the pore core of the preform. Place the preform in a self-made metal mold for pouring, so that molten metal liquid aluminum surrounds the pore core of the preform, The microarray holes are obtained by pulling out the core after solidification. The roughness of the pore wall of the microarray holes is measured by laser confocal microscope and the shape factor of the microarray holes is calculated. The results show that, The distribution of microarray holes prepared by casting method is very regular and dense, and the pore size is basically the same. The shape of the microarray holes is very close to the circle, the hole wall is very smooth, and the aspect ratio is very large.
