拉拔工藝對TA2管材織構及性能的影響

【摘要】:本實驗成功將拉拔工藝應用于TA2管材的制備,同時應用不同錐角組合對TA2管材進行拉拔,對比了不同錐角組合對TA2管材的顯微組織及再結晶織構的影響。結果表明:退火態(tài)拉拔管材表現(xiàn)為徑向織構,且部分晶粒的(0002)基面法相同管材的宏觀軸向(AD)平行;微觀的晶粒取向對管材宏觀的力學性能有重要影響。單道次拉拔工藝制備的TA2管材其晶粒取向同軋制工藝制備的TA2管材存在明顯差異。
[Abstract]:In this experiment, the drawing process was successfully applied to the preparation of TA2 pipe, and the different conical angle combination was used to draw the TA2 pipe. The effects of different cone-angle combinations on the microstructure and recrystallization texture of TA2 tubes were compared. The results showed that the annealed tubing showed radial texture, and the partial grain size of the tubing was parallel to the macroscopic axial ADA of the same tube by the basic surface method. The microcosmic grain orientation has an important effect on the macroscopic mechanical properties of the pipe. The grain orientation of the TA2 tube prepared by single pass drawing process is obviously different from that of the TA2 tube prepared by rolling process.
