【摘要】:考察了Sr變質(zhì)及固溶時(shí)效對(duì)鋁硅合金組織和性能的影響。結(jié)果表明,隨Sr量的增加,鋁硅合金中共晶硅的形貌由粗大的板片狀經(jīng)過針片狀,最后轉(zhuǎn)變成了細(xì)小的纖維狀。當(dāng)加入0.04%Sr變質(zhì)時(shí),合金抗拉強(qiáng)度達(dá)到最大值183 MPa;固溶時(shí)效處理使得經(jīng)Sr變質(zhì)及AlTiB細(xì)化處理的鋁合金中的共晶硅相發(fā)生了;,變成更加圓整的形態(tài),并隨保溫時(shí)間延長(zhǎng)而粗化。鑄造鋁硅合金經(jīng)固溶時(shí)效處理后的硬度比鑄態(tài)有顯著提高。535℃×6h固溶+170℃×10h時(shí)效時(shí),鋁硅合金的硬度值最高可達(dá)84.4 HBS。
[Abstract]:The effects of Sr modification and solution aging on the microstructure and properties of Al-Si alloy were investigated. When 0.04Sr was added, the tensile strength of the alloy reached the maximum 183MPa, and the eutectic silicon phase in the aluminum alloy refined by Sr and AlTiB was granulated by solution aging treatment. The hardness of cast aluminum-silicon alloy after solid solution aging treatment was significantly higher than that of as-cast Al-Si alloy, and the hardness of Al-Si alloy was up to 84.4 HBs when the alloy was aged at 170 鈩,
