薄壁不銹鋼管列置雙TIG電弧高速焊接工藝

【摘要】:單鎢極惰性氣體保護(hù)焊(Tungsten inert gas,TIG)是目前工業(yè)用薄壁不銹鋼管主要生產(chǎn)工藝,但其存在生產(chǎn)效率低的問題。針對高速TIG焊出現(xiàn)的駝峰焊道、咬邊等焊縫表面成形缺陷產(chǎn)生的原因,提出列置雙TIG電弧高效節(jié)能焊接新工藝。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,采用雙TIG電弧高效焊接新工藝,48 mm×1.2 mm和42 mm×1.5 mm兩種規(guī)格的409L鐵素體不銹鋼管在獲得良好焊縫成形的條件下焊接速度分別可達(dá)5.1 m/min和3.2 m/min;與單TIG焊接生產(chǎn)工藝相比,生產(chǎn)效率分別提高了240%和140%,能耗也分別降低44%和29%。兩種規(guī)格鐵素體不銹鋼管膨脹率分別達(dá)到14.1%和33.7%,高于單TIG電弧焊的11.2%和21.4%,滿足生產(chǎn)要求。分析表明,輔助TIG電弧加熱主TIG電弧熔池后部堆積的液態(tài)金屬,從熱和力兩方面延長熔池存在時間、促使液態(tài)金屬回流填平主TIG電弧產(chǎn)生的熔池凹陷,從而有效抑制駝峰焊道和咬邊的產(chǎn)生,在高速焊接條件下獲得良好的焊縫成形,實(shí)現(xiàn)薄壁不銹鋼管優(yōu)質(zhì)高效節(jié)能的焊接生產(chǎn)。
[Abstract]:Tungsten inert gas gas arc welding (Tungsten inert gas) is the main production process of industrial stainless steel tubes, but its production efficiency is low. The reason of forming defects of hump weld, edge cutting and other welds in high speed TIG welding is discussed. A new welding process with high efficiency and energy saving for column double TIG arc welding is proposed. The experimental results show that, The welding speed of 409L ferrite stainless steel pipe with 48mm 脳 1.2mm and 42mm 脳 1.5mm high efficiency welding process with double TIG arc can reach 5.1m/ min and 3.2m/ min under the condition of good weld forming, respectively, compared with single TIG welding process, the welding speed of 409L Ferritic stainless steel pipe is better than that of single TIG welding process. The production efficiency was increased by 240% and 140, and the energy consumption was reduced by 44% and 29.The expansion rate of ferrite stainless steel tubes of two specifications reached 14.1% and 33.7, respectively, which was higher than 11.2% and 21.4of single TIG arc welding, which met the requirements of production. The auxiliary TIG arc heats the liquid metal accumulated in the back of the main TIG arc pool, prolongs the existence time of the molten pool from both the thermal and the mechanical aspects, and causes the liquid metal to reflux and fill up the sag of the molten pool produced by the main TIG arc. Therefore, the production of hump welding pipe and edge cutting can be effectively restrained, and good weld forming can be obtained under the condition of high speed welding, and the high quality, high efficiency and energy saving welding production of thin-walled stainless steel tube can be realized.
