【摘要】:目的研究化學(xué)蝕刻304不銹鋼表面結(jié)構(gòu)類型、形成過程及其應(yīng)用。方法以304不銹鋼為對象,以FeCl3系溶液為蝕刻劑,采用化學(xué)蝕刻的工藝,通過表面分析和SEM等手段,研究化學(xué)蝕刻的過程以及表面結(jié)構(gòu)的類型。結(jié)果在40℃常壓下,250 g/L FeCl3中使304不銹鋼表面光滑的鹽酸用量(y)與硝酸用量(x)滿足一定的關(guān)系:y=19.37+0.13x±0.5,x≤120 m L/L;y=-8.67+0.62x±0.5,x≥130 ml/L。溶液中Cl-含量是影響蝕刻后不銹鋼表面的平整度的主要因素。結(jié)論改變蝕刻溶液性質(zhì)可以改變蝕刻后304不銹鋼表面形成的結(jié)構(gòu)。
