【摘要】：分析了硬質(zhì)合金刀具在斷續(xù)切削加工時(shí)的主要失效形式,考慮了沖擊載荷作用次數(shù)對刀具可靠性的影響,運(yùn)用應(yīng)力-強(qiáng)度干涉模型及隨機(jī)過程理論,建立了硬質(zhì)合金刀具的動態(tài)可靠性數(shù)學(xué)模型,給出了刀具在斷續(xù)切削加工時(shí)的可靠度的變化規(guī)律.同時(shí)建立了以載荷沖擊次數(shù)及加工時(shí)間為度量指標(biāo)的刀具失效率計(jì)算模型.研究表明,隨著載荷沖擊次數(shù)和加工時(shí)間的增加,刀具的可靠度曲線出現(xiàn)逐漸降低的變化過程.刀具失效率具有"浴盆"曲線的特征,且與實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果相吻合.通過該曲線可以準(zhǔn)確地劃分刀具的早期失效期、偶然失效期和耗損失效期,為刀具選取試驗(yàn)和修復(fù)時(shí)間以及可靠壽命等指標(biāo)提供了理論依據(jù).
[Abstract]:In this paper, the main failure modes of cemented carbide cutting tools in intermittent cutting are analyzed. The influence of impact load on tool reliability is considered, and the stress-strength interference model and stochastic process theory are used. The mathematical model of dynamic reliability of cemented carbide cutting tools is established. The variation rule of tool reliability in intermittent cutting is given, and the calculation model of tool failure rate is established, which is measured by load impact times and machining time. With the increase of load impact times and machining time, the curve of tool reliability decreases gradually. The tool failure rate has the characteristic of "bathtub" curve. The curve can be used to accurately divide the early failure period, accidental failure period and wear failure period of the tool, which provides a theoretical basis for selecting the test and repair time and reliable life of the tool.
