空氣爐中氧化鋁陶瓷反應(yīng)釬焊工藝研究

【摘要】:Al2O3陶瓷材料具有耐磨損,耐腐蝕,耐高溫等性能,在工業(yè)領(lǐng)域中具有廣泛應(yīng)用。由于制造形狀復(fù)雜或大尺寸的零件的需要,實(shí)現(xiàn)其連接常是Al2O3陶瓷在某些應(yīng)用中的關(guān)鍵技術(shù)之一。本文以Ag72Cu28為釬料,在空氣爐中實(shí)現(xiàn)了95-Al2O3陶瓷的釬焊連接,分別研究了Ti O2和Cu O作為氧化物潤濕劑的助焊效果。研究表明:(1)當(dāng)以Ti O2為釬焊助劑時(shí),最佳工藝參數(shù)是:釬焊溫度1080℃,保溫時(shí)間10min,Ti O2含量5wt.%。得到的釬焊接頭剪切強(qiáng)度高達(dá)24.91MPa。接頭焊縫界面結(jié)合層的主要物相組成為Cu Al2O4、Ti O、Ti O2、Cu O、Cu3Ti O4。(2)當(dāng)以Cu O為釬焊助劑時(shí),最佳工藝參數(shù)是:釬焊溫度1050℃,保溫時(shí)間10min,Cu O含量10wt.%。得到的釬焊接頭剪切強(qiáng)度高達(dá)39.04MPa。接頭焊縫界面結(jié)合層的主要物相組成為Cu O和Cu Al2O4、Cu Al O2。(3)Ti O2與Cu O提高了Ag72Cu28共晶釬料對(duì)Al2O3陶瓷的浸潤能力。根據(jù)SEM、EDS、XRD等分析結(jié)果,結(jié)合相關(guān)熱力學(xué)原理,推導(dǎo)Ti O2或Cu O作為氧化物潤濕劑的界面反應(yīng)機(jī)理。
[Abstract]:Al2O3 ceramic materials have been widely used in industry because of their wear resistance, corrosion resistance and high temperature resistance. In this paper, the brazing bonding of 95-Al _ 2O _ 3 ceramics in air furnace is realized by using Ag72Cu28 as solder, which is one of the key technologies in some applications of Al2O3 ceramics.
