多步逆成形有限元法中間構(gòu)型初始解預示算法

【摘要】:在逆成形有限元法中,為考慮加載路徑的影響,針對不同成形類型階段引入中間構(gòu)型,整個過程被劃分為多階段成形過程,即多步逆成形有限元法,一個好的中間構(gòu)型初始解的構(gòu)造是其中的關(guān)鍵問題之一。針對中間構(gòu)型初始解的構(gòu)造,提出一種基于滑移約束曲面的節(jié)點反向映射法:利用板材的純幾何彎曲效應構(gòu)造出彎曲構(gòu)型,經(jīng)過偽最小面積法優(yōu)化后生成空間滑移約束曲面;投影展平的最終構(gòu)型網(wǎng)格面到展平滑移約束曲面網(wǎng)格中,利用面積坐標計算出所有投影節(jié)點的坐標;投影節(jié)點反向映射回到空間滑移約束曲面上,構(gòu)造出對應中間構(gòu)型的初始解。另外,針對中間構(gòu)型初始解構(gòu)造中可能出現(xiàn)部分節(jié)點無投影區(qū)域的問題,給出一種擴展空間滑移約束曲面輪廓的解決方法。零件的數(shù)值算例驗證相應算法的可行性與有效性。
[Abstract]:In inverse forming finite element method (FEM), in order to consider the influence of loading path, the intermediate configuration is introduced in different forming stages, and the whole process is divided into multi-stage forming process, that is, multi-step inverse forming finite element method. The construction of a good intermediate initial solution is one of the key problems. A nodal reverse mapping method based on slip constrained surface is proposed. The bending configuration is constructed by using the pure geometric bending effect of the plate and the spatial slip constrained surface is generated after the pseudo-minimum area method is optimized. By using the area coordinate to calculate the coordinates of all the projection nodes, the projection nodes are mapped back to the spatial slip constrained surface. The initial solution corresponding to the intermediate configuration is constructed. In addition, in order to solve the problem that some nodes may have no projection region in the construction of the initial solution of the intermediate configuration, A method to solve the problem of extended spatial slip constrained surface contours is presented. Numerical examples of parts verify the feasibility and validity of the corresponding algorithm.
