【摘要】:利用低過熱度澆注和電磁攪拌技術制備半固態(tài)A356-Ce鋁合金漿料。探討了電磁攪拌頻率對半固態(tài)初生α相形貌和Ce在凝固組織中的分布的影響。研究結(jié)果表明:在半固態(tài)A356-Ce合金漿料的制備過程中,電磁攪拌頻率對半固態(tài)初生相的形貌以及Ce的分布影響很大,通過實驗研究獲得了制備半固態(tài)A356-Ce鋁合金漿料的合適工藝參數(shù),即在澆注溫度為620℃,保溫溫度590℃,保溫時間為10 min,稀土添加量為0.4%,攪拌時間為15s的條件下,攪拌頻率為30 Hz的晶粒細化效果最佳,其平均形狀因子為0.80,平均等級圓直徑為76.1μm,稀土分布也更均勻。
[Abstract]:The semi-solid A356-Ce aluminum alloy slurry was prepared by low superheat pouring and electromagnetic stirring. The effect of electromagnetic stirring frequency on the morphology of primary 偽 phase and the distribution of ce in solidified microstructure was investigated. In the preparation of solid A356-Ce alloy slurry, The frequency of electromagnetic stirring has a great influence on the morphology of primary phase and the distribution of ce in semisolid phase. The suitable technological parameters for the preparation of semi-solid A356-Ce aluminum alloy slurry have been obtained through experimental study, that is, the pouring temperature is 620 鈩,
