【摘要】：使用Gleeble3500熱模擬試驗(yàn)機(jī)測(cè)定零塑性溫度(ZDT)、零強(qiáng)度溫度(ZST)及最大抗拉強(qiáng)度隨溫度的變化,用掃描電鏡觀察分析不同拉伸溫度下的斷口形貌,使用THERMO-CALC軟件計(jì)算其冷卻過(guò)程中的相變及析出相,研究了含P高強(qiáng)IF鋼的高溫力學(xué)性能。結(jié)果表明,該鋼種的ZDT和ZST分別為1420℃和1445℃,第Ⅰ脆性區(qū)間為1400℃-熔點(diǎn),不存在第Ⅲ脆性區(qū)間,鑄坯表面裂紋不是在矯直過(guò)程中形成的;鑄坯的最大抗拉強(qiáng)度隨著拉伸溫度的升高而降低,在1300℃以上最大抗拉強(qiáng)度均低于5.3 MPa;高強(qiáng)IF鋼連鑄坯冷卻至500℃-200℃時(shí)析出大量Fe3P,可能導(dǎo)致鑄坯冷脆開(kāi)裂。采用熱裝工藝,可以降低高強(qiáng)IF鋼鑄坯表面橫裂紋出現(xiàn)的機(jī)率。
[Abstract]:The Gleeble3500 thermal simulator was used to measure the zero plastic temperature (ZDT) and the maximum tensile strength with temperature. The fracture morphology at different tensile temperatures was observed and analyzed by scanning electron microscope (SEM). The phase transformation and precipitation phase during cooling process were calculated by THERMO-CALC software, and the mechanical properties of high strength if steel containing P at high temperature were studied.
