【摘要】:選用A357鋁合金,從工藝試驗(yàn)方面對(duì)變速箱箱體的間接液態(tài)模鍛工藝分析與研究。通過(guò)對(duì)組織的觀察、力學(xué)性能的測(cè)試,得出了各個(gè)工藝參數(shù)對(duì)液鍛件成形質(zhì)量的影響趨勢(shì)。結(jié)果表明,實(shí)際生產(chǎn)中比壓選取110 MPa是合理的。當(dāng)模具溫度達(dá)到280℃,箱體液鍛件的力學(xué)性能達(dá)到最佳。15 s的保壓時(shí)間不但能夠很好保證液鍛件的顯微組織和力學(xué)性能,還能縮短生產(chǎn)周期,提高生產(chǎn)效率。
[Abstract]:Using A357 aluminum alloy, the indirect liquid die forging process of the gearbox box is analyzed and studied in terms of process test. Through the observation of microstructure, the test of mechanical properties, The influence trend of various process parameters on the forming quality of liquid forging is obtained.
