【摘要】：正碳纖維增強塑料(CFRP)是各種復(fù)合材料中最難加工的一種。該材料由具有不同物理性能的材料鋪覆于不同的層以使得其具有高硬度、高韌性及高強度,其結(jié)果是材料非常耐磨,難以加工。加工碳纖維增強塑料(CFRP)時刀具壽命非常短,由于此類材料的不同層所采用的確切材料無從得知,因而難以設(shè)計
[Abstract]:Carbon fiber reinforced plastics (CFRP) is one of the toughest composites of all kinds. The material is coated with different layers of material with different physical properties to make it have high hardness, high toughness and high strength, and the result is that the material is very wear-resistant. Difficult to machined. Cutting tool life is very short when processing carbon fiber reinforced plastics (CFRP). Because the exact materials used in different layers of this material are unknown, it is difficult to design.
