【摘要】:針對(duì)焊接結(jié)構(gòu)疲勞壽命預(yù)測(cè),從動(dòng)力學(xué)的角度提出了一種基于模態(tài)疊加法的動(dòng)態(tài)結(jié)構(gòu)應(yīng)計(jì)算方法,并驗(yàn)證了其可行性與正確性,該方法以時(shí)變載荷作用下焊接結(jié)構(gòu)的動(dòng)平衡為基礎(chǔ),考慮結(jié)構(gòu)自身振動(dòng)加速度對(duì)用于評(píng)價(jià)焊縫疲勞壽命的結(jié)構(gòu)應(yīng)力的影響,實(shí)現(xiàn)了動(dòng)態(tài)載荷下焊接結(jié)構(gòu)的動(dòng)態(tài)結(jié)構(gòu)應(yīng)力計(jì)算,有效地拓寬了主S-N曲線疲勞預(yù)測(cè)方法的應(yīng)用領(lǐng)域。
[Abstract]:Based on the prediction of fatigue life of welded structures, a new method based on modal superposition method is proposed to calculate the fatigue life of welded structures, and the feasibility and correctness of the method are verified. This method is based on the dynamic balance of welded structure under time-varying loads, and considers the effect of structural vibration acceleration on the structural stress which is used to evaluate the fatigue life of weld, and realizes the calculation of dynamic structural stress of welded structure under dynamic load. The application field of fatigue prediction method of main S-N curve is widened effectively.
